Breaking the Walls is a project between The World Battle (Portugal), Check the Style (Italy), Outbreak Europe (Slovakia) and Be Street (Italy) This is the final show from the 2-year project that brought together the youth from Italy, Portugal and with international youth at four events in Portugal, Italy, and Slovakia. Discover how BREAKing THE WALLS blends breaking and therapy to support young people’s mental health and artistic growth. The project’s innovative approach combines the energetic spirit of hip-hop with the introspective benefits of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). The main objectives of BTW include: Improving mental well-being through therapy and artistic expression. Enhancing dance skills by learning from top professionals.
